It was a great pleasure to do this cake. It was made for the eleventh birthday girl who plays chess. She was state champion in her category. Since the design is left to me, my wish was to incorporate all the elements she loves and the cake to remain girlish and suits her age. Topsy-Turvy Cake, covered with fondant.
