Roast Piggy
I made this cake for some friends who decided to have a Pig Roast. It is a Pina Colada flavored cake with rum butter cream and pineapple and coconut filling. They all loved it! The pieces of "charcoal" are made out of RKT and fondant, the "flames" are colored butter cream and the "soot" from the charcoal is brushed chocolate and vanilla sandwich cookies. the pig is all cake and the ears, snout and hooves are RKT.

Byroms Birthday Cake
I made this for two of our good friends who are married to each other and share the same birthday. Its a chocolate devils food cake with a mocha cream filling. the bottom of the bottle is cake. The neck and the cork are RKT. I painted it with luster dust and the labels and gift tag are also hand painted with edible black paint

Jeanettes Birthday Cake
I made this for one of my best friends. She loves her apple martini shots and we are all going on a beach vacation soon so I figured that would be a good theme for her cake! Its vanilla cake with whipped cream and fresh sliced strawberry filling. the bottles and martini shaker are RKT, all the other accents are Gumpaste/fondant mix (50/50) and the "sand" is light brown sugar.

Daisy Bouquet Cake
I made this for a friend's mother's birthday. The bottom tier is vanilla cake w/ chocolate mousse and the top is chocolate with vanilla butter cream. I made the stems, daisies and band with flower out of fondant only (I had no gumpaste and this was a very last minute request). Next time I will definitely use gumpaste and add lots more daisies at the top for a much fuller "bouquet"

Cake Pop Bouquet
My first attempt at cake pops. I made these for all the Moms that I was lucky enough to spend Mother's Day with this year. My daughter presented one pop to each lady at the end of our evening. They really loved them and thought it was such a thoughtful touch! I got the pot at a craft store for 2 bucks and used green fondant and left over Easter grass to cover the top. The pops are vanilla cake with rum buttercream icing and chocolate cake with mocha buttercream icing. They are all coated in candy melts and decorated with sugar crystals, candy pearls and coconut flakes.
