Bottom tier is choc sponge, ball is vanilla sponge. Made this for a boy's 9th birthday party.
Double choc cake with choc buttercream icing, ganache centre and choc ganache drizzled over the top, very sweet and very yummy!

3rd Fondant cake. 3 tiered cake. Bottom is choc mud, middle is vanilla sponge and top is coffee cake.
My 2nd fondant cake, choc mud cake on bottom and vanilla sponge on top. 'Space Rock' is made from crushed cake and icing then covered in fondant.
