This is a very popular dept store here in Ireland which my mother in law loves. It is a choc biscuit cake and the only inedible part is the tissue paper and the text.
Choc fudge with milk choc ganache, covered in fondant. Had a few hairy moments but pretty pleased with end result. It's my 1st two tier. Cake making is my new hobby, I am self taught (well from you tube) and learning all the time.
