This cake was so much fun to do! It was chocolate cake, layered with marshmallow buttercream and slices of fresh banana. It was covered with fondant, the animals were made of modeling chocolate, the trees were Rolo candies and spearmint leaves, the rocks (I wanted to use chocolate rock candies but couldn't find them) are caramel corn, and the rest of the decorations are buttercream. The kids loved tearing into this cake! Every single thing was eaten :)
