This is a pic of my wedding cake. Didn't had time to make sugar flowers. I had soo much fun designing it. My dad and I searched for day just to find the right branches for the stand.
This was for a couple who had eloped and just wanted something small to mark the occasion. The orchid spray is gumpaste and there is piping on the side but it's hard to see. Didn't have digital cameras back then.
My friends wedding cake, it poured with rain the entire weekend, hence the lovely sheen on the cake, good thing she wanted fresh flowers or I would have been tearing my hair out.
My Mum's B/day cake. Fruit cake covered with almond paste, mmf and fresh carnations and baby's breath. This was my first try with mmf, I don't think I'll ever make my own fondant again!!
