1St Birthday Boy Cake

Number 1 was cut out of 9 X13. Iced in buttercream. Stars are mm fondant. Round was Golden cake, 1 was choc. cake (for variety).

Choc cake with choc icing. Grey / White marshmallow fondant. Used wilton guitar pan and cut out like telecaster.

9 X 13 Strawberry cake (by request) with cream cheese frosting. Onsie cut out from Marshmallow fondant.

Western Scene Cake

For my niece's 7th birthday. Choc cake with choc buttercream. Used mixture of cocoa and crushed graham crackers for dirt (thanks to this site for idea!). Base was 10 inch pan and "cliff" was cut out from 6 inch pan with leftover batter. Painted cake board and dowl rods (for sign) with choc. syrup. Cheap toy wild west figures added for fun. Little boots are candles.

Choc With Marshmallow Fondant

First attempt at Marshmallow (or any) fondant. Used oval pans. Added Choc swirls to help hide wrinkles. Hubby couldn't wait for picture to dig in!

Bridal Shower Cake

Buttercream with Strawberry cake (too sweet!) for cake class. Roses on top, swirl flowers on bottom border.

My brother's Alvarez guitar for his birthday. Choc. cake with choc and regular buttercream. Painted on choc syrup for wood grain. Angel Hair pasta for strings. Got a bit smudged in transit but I'm happy overall - Thanks!
