Bunny Cake made with fondant over RKT. Bottome tier is pineapple cake top tier is dark chocolate fudge cake. I would have liked to slim down and smooth the ears a bit. This cake is special because it is the first cake my Mom (77 years old) worked on together with me. She made the cala lilies and leaves only after one lesson from me! What a wonderful memory this cake will always leave behind! Sometimes it is not the final product but the road getting there that is precious:)

My neice loves my Tres Leches cake, problem is that I can't remove it from the pan because milk will leak out...so I covered the pan in fondant.
The birthday girl requested purple and blue. This is my first fondant cake! I wanted to add edible diamonds I bought, but they really don't sparkle on the cake. I wcant wait to practice more with fondant and pipingA
