This tilted superhero cake was for a client that gave us full creative freedom we decied to do the clients sons favorite super heros in one cake. I cut each logo by hand out of a fondant gumpsate mix. them I added 3d clouds the to superman cake as well as edible kryptonite that was lit up by led lights. the buildings on the Batman layer also were edible and lit up as well.
I created this Hello Kitty cake for a Client that was doing a pink and Black Hello Kitty party for her daughter. The Hello Kitty was 100% edible, I made it out of a mix of fondant and gum paste. The black lines on the cake were hand painted and made to look like a child did them to give the cake a little bit of whimsy. The cake was covered in our special in house fondant and the cake was red velvet with fresh organic strawberries,
Everything on the cake was edible including the mask which I hand painted the cake was fir a clients 25th birthday he brought us a picture of a cake done by cake coquette and we used that as the inspiration. we have a strict policy that we will not copy someones design but this customer was so stuck to the original design we wanted to make sure we gave credit as to where the inspiration came from.
A 3d lighting mcQueen cake. The cake was a chocolate and vanilla cake with a vanilla bean milkshake frosting and covered in fondant along wth edible decals. I also made a additional cake that was to be a smash cake that cake was a vanilla chocolate mix as well covered in fondant with edible 23karat gold balls around the base.
3d M&M cake I did for a 75th Birthday. The parts that were cake was the M&M,Cheetos bag which were strawberries and champagne cake and the Planters peanut bag was vanilla cake with strawberries. The peanuts and the Cheetos were all made by hand and were fondant, the candy wrappers were all edible and made out of fondant. I was a little sad that I didn't have the time to put the M on the M&M but it still turned out pretty good! Tiffanys gift box cake was Strawberry Short Cake covered with fondant made from scratch the rattle was a Vanilla infused French Toast Cake with fondant made from scratch and painted with edible silver
Cake was supposed to look as if it was worn paper ( its not bad fondant work that was the look they were going for)with a seal of the couples name I did this cake for a wedding planners competition we won 2nd place

These cupcakes were done for a birthday girl that was turing 5 who is all about princess
These cupcakes are one of my biggest sellers its a chocolate cupcake with a organic banana and a mocha filling with a fluffy chocolate frosting and a homemade hazel nut (nutella like) drizzle.
This was a very last minuet cake for a friend I did a few years ago, I got the call about the cake the day before the party. The cake is the box and the bag there was a mini led light under the lid of the box illuminate the sugar jewels that I made the bag was also cake. The fondant that covered the cake was made from scratch. This was from about two to three years ago not close to how I would excute this now.
