A mixture of gumpaste, buttercream, royal icing and sugar cookie elements surrounding a buttercream and fondant covered cake.
The bucket is sagging, it sat out for almost a whole day before the people wanted to cut into it -- such is the lifespan of buttercream and fondant! I made my own silicone molds and played with poured sugar to produce beer bottles, then this wine bottle. The bucket was a first at a semi inverted cake structure. The 'cutting board' is a gluten free cake and the wine and grapes are modeling chocolate.
This one mixes use of fondant, gumpaste, buttercream, white modeling chocolate, piping gel (the 'lava' you can't really see coming out of the mountain top) and three cake flavors, one for each tier of cake.
