White Velvet

This is a white velvet with bc mexican vanilla icing covered in MMF.

This wedding cake was made for a bride and groom that I never met. The instruction I got was chocolate and white icing. They didnt care what kind or how or what. So triple chocolate with bc and fondant. The ribbon and tea roses were my idea. After setting this cake up a person from the wedding party stuck their finger through the front thinking it was fake.

Aids Benefit

This cake was made for an AIDS Benefit....12inch square, 10inch square, 8inch round, vanilla, triple chocolate and lemon...buttercream and fondant...the fondant cracked as we put it on....it didnt turn out the way I wanted but everyone loved it and I did get more orders.....hope you all enjoy it.

Easter Bunny

This cake was two 12 inch rounds one vanilla one chocolater....we cut out the ears and used the rest for the bow tie....this was the easiest funnest cake to make....didnt have to smooth out the buttercream...threw on the coconut and jellybeans it was fun.....and HUGE.

My Wedding Cake

We wanted something very simple. We made 12", 10", 8" rounds all white velvet cake with whipped topping and berries. I was allowed to make the cakes. My friend the chef took over when it cake time to put it together. We also made wedding wedding cake cookies which you can see on the right hand corner.

Zebra Fun

This cake was for a 6 yo birthday party. Buttercream icing used vanilla instead of butter flavor....the cake was a hawiian wedding cake....it was fun to make...MC

Grave Yard Cake....triple chocolate cake w chocolate buttercream icing.....The ghost, skulls, tumbstones,tree and dirt all edible.....I usually buy the ghost and everything else this year I made it all out of fondant.

Billy Birthday

This is a triple chocolate chocolate rum cake. Instead of using a glaze I used melted chocolate. The ZP on the corners are the intitals of my future bakery. YAYA MC

30Th Birthday

Yellow cake with chocolate butter cream. Chocolate dipped strawberries. Not my most favorite cake. The birthday boy loved it everyone took pictures around the cake. Looked like a kids party LOL. MC

I made this cake for a friend that retired from the Air Force. 12 inch round triple chocolate with buttercream icing. MC

Short notice wedding cake. White cake with marshmellow fondant. Its a 6 inch with 8 inch and fresh roses. Not bad for just a hurry hurry quick quick short notice. MC

The bundt cake is a vanilla rum cake. The center cake is a white velvet cake with BC icing. The Third is a checkerboard cake white and strawberry with BC icing and coconut. MC

This is a triple chocolate cake with butter cream icing the stars are fondant....We made more stars that we put on lolly pop stick to be inserted on the top of the cake. We thought we would wait until it was delivered to add the stars. It will be traveling at least 30 to 40 miles. MC
