I made this cake for a charity cake sale for the Japan appeal. The text say's "Kishi Kaisai" which means "wake from death and return to life" and is a Japanese proverb.
WOW this was my first attempt at a topsy turvy also my first time using ganache which i found really difficult. really pleased with the end result though. far from perfect but i learnt a lot. LOL

This is my first ever attempt at cake decorating. i had a problem with the fondant cracking and tearing but have since done some research on why and hopefully it wont happen next time. please leave your comments. I would appreciate any feedback.
