Daffodil Cake
I made this cake for my families Easter dinner. My parents have hundreds of daffodil's that grow in their backyard every year at this time, so I thought it would be a fitting theme. All decorations are made from MMF with a little gum tex added to the yellow to allow the flowers to harden. I stacked three 6" rounds for the stems and the sports ball pan for the top. Special thanks to AWSUS for the inspiration!

3-Tier Heart-Shaped Cake
I made this cake for my sister-in-laws engagement party. Each layer is a different flavor - 1) banana toffee cake w/ banana flavored bc icing & toffee chips, 2) double chocolate fudge cake w/ bc icing, and 3) cherry chip cake w/ bc icing. All cakes covered in fondant w/ fondant decorations; wine glasses are made from gumpaste and painted with silver luster dust. The "bubbles" are pearl sprinkles "glued" on with piping gel.

Cars Birthday Cake
This is the largest cake I've made yet - four 16" round cakes (12 boxes of cake mix). The sides are covered in stripes of white fondant, then we cut squares from black fondant and placed over top. The hill is made from rice krispie treats; I refrigerated the hill to stiffen it up then carved out the tunnel; covered it in icing, then coated the entire hill with brown sugar. The road, rocks and cactus are all made from fondant. The Happy Birthday logo is printed on an edible frosting sheet. I piped the grass in buttercream icing using a grass decorating tip. The cars and ?4? candle are the only non-edible pieces on the cake.
