3D Carved House Cake
I have made this cake as a practice as I have never made a house cake before and have been asked to make a dolls house cake for a birthday. It is layered vanilla and chocolate sponge and covered in fondant, every part of the cake is edible. Had some trouble covering the cake in the blue fondant, so not very pretty from the back, any tips on how to do this for the best would be greatly appreciated.

Pink And White Princess Castle Cake
This is my second castle cake, which I made for my nieces birthday. vanilla sponge filled with buttercream and strawberry jam, covered in fondant icing. I used cardboard tubes covered in fondant for the towers with wafer ice cream cones covered in fondant discs for the tops.

Little Monster Cake
This is my 4th cake, it is made from vanilla sponge filled with butter cream and jam, then carved into the monster shapes. I then covered each one in fondant, then stacked on the board. This was very tricky as the whole sponge needs to be covered and struggled to keep it neat. Ideal for a childrens party as can make as many monsters as required and each child can have one each

Louis Vuitton Handbag Cake
This is my 3rd attempt at cake decorating, and 1st handbag cake. I got my insparation from all the fantastic handbag cakes displayed on here. I really enjoyed making it, although it is not perfect and would do a lot of things differently next time. It is made from 3 halves 9" vanilla sponge with jam and buttercream filling. All decoration is made from fondant. As you can probably tell I hand painted the logo using icing pens, which I would not advise as too runny and left lots of drips which I had to try and tidy up.
