The cake was inspired by a picture that the customer sent me. 8" & 6" Square cakes. Green with white polka dots. Red daisies. I hand drew the sparrow on fondant.
9" round cake two layers. One pink and one blue. Can't wait to see a pic of how it looked once cut. This was for a sex reveal dinner. I made the cake the night before she found out the sex of the baby so I had to make a pink bow and sign and also a blue bow and sign so that when I got the call I could finish the cake. I work a full time job during the day and she picked the cake up at my job so had to finish it there. This was fun to make since I also didnt know what the finished product would look like til I got the call.

These were samples I made for a cake tasting for an up coming wedding. The white wedding cake sample is vanilla cake w/vanilla bean cream cheese buttercream covered in vanilla MMF. The chocolate grooms cake sample is red velvet w/chocolate mousse buttercream covered in chocolate MMF. The couple loved the tasting.

11x15 chocolate sheet cake w/cookies and cream filling. Covered with chocolate buttercream. Acorns are caramels w/fondant tops. Leaves are chocolate fondant.
First I would like to thank Cakelady45 for the inspiration for this cake. 12', 10' square, 9', 8' round cakes. All decorations are fondant. Leaves are highlight with many colors of pearl dust. Acorns are made of caramels with fondant tops. I used floral wire to get the basic shape of the antlers and then molded them out fondant.
This is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Gi. Unfortunately I didn't take a picture before leaving home and this was the closest picture I have and you can't see the detail of the stitching on the belt and around the collar.

This cake was for a set of twins first birthday. Hat is RKT covered in fondant. I hand drew all the characters. Used edible paper and edible markers. This was very time consuming but turned out nice.

This cake was for a guy's birthday that always gets BBQ everytime he is invited somewhere. This is 12" round chocolate cake w/cookies and cream filling with buttercream and covered in fondant. Food is RKT covered in fondant. Edible markers were used for the grill marks. This was such a fun cake to make.
Another zebra cake. Such a popular design. This was for a baby shower. The mother to be loved it so much she didn't want to cut it.
This is a 9" wasc w/cookies and cream filling and 6" wasc w/butter rum buttercream filling. Covered in chocolate MMF. This was my first time to try chocolate MMF and it turned out great. Leaves, antlers are fondant. Acorn tops are fondant w/ caramels for the bottom. Highlighted w/pearl dust and color dust.
