Death Star Battle

The two space cakes are covered in modelling chocolate. I made the x wing fighter out of cereal treats and chocolate. The Emperial fighters are made of cake, frosting and chocolate. The Death Star is just frosting and cake. Overall I think it gave the effect that I wanted. My son loved it, so that was the important part.

Butterfly Cake

This was one of my first big cakes. I used a ball pan to make the body. The wings were from a Halloween costume. I anchored them to the cake board and set it above some flowers. This was for my daughters 2nd birthday. I used two spiral candles as antenae.
