This was a unicorn cake I made for my daughter's 6th birthday. The body was chocolate cake and was made from a 3d lamb pan. I sliced off its head and made a horse head out of RKT. Then I covered that in melted chocolate, let it set and covered the whole thing in fondant. The butterflies, daffodils , primroses and cherry blossoms are all royal icing and the roses are modeling chocolate. the sheet cake holding everything up is rainbow colored yellow cake covered in buttercream. I had so much fun making this cake!
