Apprentice Plumber Toilet Cake
This toilet cake was made for an Apprentice Plumber who is celebrating his 21st this weekend. This is a very large cake, it’s pretty much the size of a primary school toilet made to cater for 70 desert size portions and weighs a ton! Seeing that the cake is for a plumber, some clever ladies suggested that the toilet be broken (being that he is a plumber and toilet repairs would form part of his job)

Karaoke Ballerina Cake
This ballerina cake was made for a lady turning 30 this weekend. Her partner requested that he “wanted a ballerina in a tutu with a can in one hand, a microphone in the other and some god awful singing/screeching look on her face”. The birthday girl is a ballerina that loves to sing karaoke at the top of her voice despite not being able to hold a tune – you go girl!! I hope there is a karaoke machine at your birthday bash Kirsty so that you can show them how its done

Cat In The Hat Cake
This Cat in the Hat cake was made for an upcoming 1st birthday for a special little guy for his first big birthday bash. I must say that it was fun to make a cake that I was trying to put imperfections into instead of removing them – the more squiggly lines and unevenness on areas of the cake, the better the outcome! … lol. Everything on this cake is 100% edible (besides the candle in the cupcake) and is made from choc mud with milk choc fudge icing . Thanks goes to Erin Salerno for the inspiration for the design – a very talented cake decorator in the USA

Yoda Face Cake
This Yoda cake was made as a surprise for a gentlemen who is a big Star Wars fan. His partner wanted a 2D Yoda face with her funny “Yoda English” message for his birthday celebration tonight. Yoda is made from choc mud and completely edible - including his ears (his ears are not flat on the board, but raised off the board which you can’t see from the angle of this pic) Cohen – as Yoda would say – “Have a happy birthday you must”
