Hero Cake
I lhem on Cake Central all the time oved making this cake. I see I see these cake all the time, so I decided to try one myself. I stacked three 7inch cakes for the bottom, three 5inch for the middle, and three really small ones for the top. I free handly made all of the fondant decorations

I DECIDED TO TRY MAKING A FOOTBALL CAKE WITH TEXTURE. I USED A LIGHTING FIXTURE COVERING, PURCHASED AT A LOCAL HARDWARD STORE. IT TURNED OUT PRETTY GOOD. THE JERSEY WAS FREE HANDED AND SO WAS THE FOOTBALL IMAGES. THE LOGO ON THE FOOTBALL REPRESENTED A SINGING GROUP THE CLIENT IS A PART OF

OH, HOW I LOVED DOING THS ONE! I STACKED FOUR 9X13 CAKES AND HAND CARVED THE SHAPE OF THE PURSE. I COLORED AND CUT INDIVIDUAL SQUARES FOR THE PATTERN. THE PURSE'S HARDWARE AND SHOES WERE MADE THE DAY BEFORE IN ORDER THAT THEY HOLD THEIR SHAPE. FONDANT WAS USED TO DECORATE

Extraorderinary Class
this is a strawberry cake with buttercream icing. It's a replica of a family stereo, designed for Robert's girlfriend. I soooooo enjoyed doing the fondant work. The record and needle were done a week prior in order that it hold it's shape. The Motown label is an edible image, and lusterdust was used for the record. A plastic photo frame was used for the cover. Hope this helps
