This cake was actually made for a birthday in April, the child was a huge Halloween fan. Not my original design. It's been so long since I found the original that I can't remember who did it and I can't find it again...
I'm not sure who did the original design for this cake, the bride brought me in a photo of what she wanted. The colours were to match confetti that was on the bride's invitations. (It took FOREVER to cut the confetti out of fondant)

The client sent me a photo of a cake that she wanted done for her boyfriend. I'm not sure of the original maker of this cake but this was my take on it.
My brother is going to the Kentucky Derby for his 30th birthday so obviously I thought why not do a cake with that theme. I had wanted to do the actual race track but realized I didn't have enough time. Probably would have spent a lot more time making my fondant smooth if I had had the time as well...

First attempt at making peonies for a friend's birthday. I didn't have the right colour of pink to dust them... I think they may have looked a bit better dusted.
The idea for this cake came from Layers Wedding Cakes in Halifax (They do fabulous work!). I'm not sure what type of flowers these are, I took a guess at making them :)

This is the first wedding cake I ever did, made this September for my brother and his wife. The top layer was gluten free and I had major problems getting it covered properly but it tasted fantastic.
Chocolate and vanilla cupcakes with candy cane or vanilla buttercream. Penguins and snowmen made from royal icing :)
