I made this for a childhood friend's daughter. She was turning 5 and really wanted a pink princess castle. This is my second castle and the process went SO much smoother with this one than the first. I learned a lot from the first one and I am very proud of this cake!
This cake turned out OK. I wish I could have spent more time on it but I just didn't have time on my side with this one. The coloring didn't turn out good because the powder color and corn syrup started to separate for some reason. The client loved it though which is really the only thing that matters.
