First Tiered Cake
I felt like crying after making this cake. Everything that could have went wrong, actually did. First the buttercream was acting funky...it was super crusty and weird looking and wouldnt smooth out for the life of me. Also, because I didnt let the cake settle I had all sorts of air bubbles. That's not the worst part; this cake was leaning like the tower of pisa. I'm pretty sure the bubble straws I used were not cut to the exact same height and with the gas bubbles everywhere.....anyway, thank goodness for a good digital camera, it really did me some sort of justice **sigh** I've learned so many do's and dont's with this cake!

Carousel Birthday Cake
This is my 2nd tiered cake and it came out so much better than the first. Its a 12 inch and a 9 inch vanilla cake covered in buttercream with fondant accents (stripes and stars). The top carousel kit was purchased from Wilton and I painted it, which was super time consuming. For support I used 8 bubble tea straws and I made sure everything was level. So thankful that this cake didnt lean! TFL!

Coach Purse
My 2nd coach purse. This one was much easier to make compared to the first one. I used a 9x13 cake, split it lengthwise and sandwiched them together with some buttercream (horizontally). Then I rounded the ends; it worked out much better than stacking it up vertically. I made the C's using a circle cutters. TFL

Victoria's Secret Cake
Thanks to all the wonderful people on here who helped me with this cake...I had so much fun making it. Its a 11x15 red velvet cake cut into thirds, stacked and filled. I used bubble straws and one wooden dowel for support. The cake is covered in MMF and the letters were made with tappit cutters. Enjoy!
