Fondant and Butter cream Decorations
The bride wanted ivory, silver and a spray' of black roses on the back. Her cake topper was not available so I photographed it with ours. The inside was red velvet and vanilla and I used a vanilla fondant, that actually tasted very good. OK for a first time!

First try at basket weave and lilies. The lilies were made using royal icing and Lilly nail. The cake was lemon and raspberry filling. The basket weave went rather smoothly but took over and hour!
Chocolate cake with butter cream frosting and white chocolate and fondant decorations. I did this cake for my son's boss at a sea food market. It was not only cute but was moist and delicious. The white chocolate decorations just gave it the extra touch!
This was made for fun! The inside is checkered board with layers of green and yellow (vanilla and lemon) and the outside is butter cream with fondant ducks. Boarders were done striping the bag with the Ducks colors and the chocolate candies match. The entire cake and decorations are edible, but probably wouldn't eat the fondant...GO DUCKS
I made this just for fun. The butterflies are color flow with antennas made from floral wire.
