This was my first attempt to a topsy Turvy cake. It went all wrong from he beginning, and will wouldn't decorate nice eiter. My first attempt to sponge cake, and well the vanilla sponge didn't rise but the chocolate kahlua did. so it didn't carve well due to lack of size. I made it for my own birthday atleast it tasted good.

My friend wanted a Yo Gabba Gabba cake for her son's 2nd birthday. I found the idea from fellow cc'er erica777. But my friend only wanted 1 cake, so i tried to put all characters on the one layer. As a math major I thought I could do pie charts... lol apparently i was off by like 20 degrees so magically the lead guy made it on the cake. I was extremely happy with this cake Cake is a chocolate cake with BC filling. First time trying Indydebi's recipe, and satin ice. I don't think I will go back to my old bc recipe or the wilton fondant.

Just a sheet cake I do mostly these. This was for a his and her baby shower in NJ. I live about 12 hrs from there. I work with the mother of the pregnant. She picked it up from work that morning and drove it to NY that day. This was the White Chocolate cake with Raspberry mouse

Liz's Wedding Cake

This was my first wedding cake ever. I was also a bridesmaid( never do both). White chocolate cake all but one tier was Raspberry mouse filling, the other was a chocolate hazelnut filling. Bride wanted to use her mom's topper. I was pretty pleased with how it turned out.

Tie-Dye

I really rather not discuss this cake but here it goes.... Clients wanted a tie-dye cake.. ok no problem, then they say they want whipped frosting... eh problem. Well they loved it, I thought it turned out horrible, and I am sure that cake wreck's would love to see this one
