Wilton Gum Paste and Fondant class. For my final cake, I made chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and covered it with white chocolate marshmallow fondant. The yellow roses and bow are made of 50/50 gum paste and fondant. Thanks for looking! :)
Took a 4-hour Wilton Tiered Cakes Class and this is what I came up with.: Butter Pound cake with Cream Cheese Buttercream icing and covered with white fondant. My first tiered cake ever. The red poppies and petals are handcrafted using gumpaste. Thanks for looking. :)
