A great and simple cake for Valentine's day or Mother's day. It's a pink velvet cake (made from scratch), filled with a non-seedy strawberry frosting and some chopped up fesh strawberries. Then, the entire cake is covered in strawberry frosting and topped off with fresh strawberries. I used the star tip to make a simple design on the top and sprinkled some shredded coconut on the sides.

I wanted to use up all the candy canes and peppermint candies that I had lying around. So, i made this simple square shaped chocolate oreo cake, filled it with peppermint buttercream, covered it with fluffy buttercream and then light green marshmallow fondant. Then, i decorated with candy canes/peppermint candies.

I think this is a fun cake for christmas. It's a round chocolate cake,covered in buttercream icing and surrounded by red and green twizzlers and finally it's topped off with red and green candies.
I learnt so much about structure and support when making this cake. Both the tiers are covered in brown marshmallow fondant. Then, I gave it a rustic antique look by painting a bit randomly with dull gold paint. Real apples were placed between each tier and one apple was used as a cake topper.

4 tiered whimsical cake covered in marshmallow fondant. It's decorated with leaves that I made with a homemade stamp, using Erin Gardner's technique in her Craftsy video. I think this cake is perfect for the Falll season or even Thanksgiving.
This cake was made using Erin Gardner's tutorial. it was very cool to just use fruits, veggies and other stuff i already had in the pantry to make these stamps all over the cake. I think this cake would be great for mother's day!

I made this cake cake for Father's day. I used a chocolate tool mold to make all those tools. But, instead of using chocolate, i used marshmallow fondant. Making this cake was quite the learning experience but it was fun!
