A Rising Farm
This cake was inspired by one here on CC by Liis called "Happy Little Farm". It was so cute. This was done for a baby shower for twins. Everything is in sets of two on here, including the flowers, bugs and animals. It took a long time to make, but I was very proud of it when done. The cake had to travel about 50 miles and needed to be set up by the customer, so I had to make three separate cakes (thus the oversized boards in between). That way the customer could just stack them and go.

Thanksgiving Turkey
This cake was really fun to make. It was for a friends Thanksgiving feast where there were going to be a lot of kids. The turkey and "feathers" are made of sugar cookies. The feathers are on lollipop sticks. The body of the turkey was made of a butter cake with a ganache covering and then a chocolate MMF.

Mad Hatter Cake
I made this cake for a baby shower that was a Mad Hatter theme. The mom-to-be and everyone else loved it. The cake is 5 layers, 3 pound cakes (on bottom), then 2 white cakes on top. I covered it in buttercream (Wilton Moss Green with some black), used Gold Petal Dust on it. The sash is MMF and the brim and the flowers, cat and cup are all modeling chocolate. I also made a few gelatin flowers for the top, they thought those were great.

Wizard And Crystal Ball
The crystall ball was made using the Wilton sports ball, covered in buttercream and fondant. I also used some gold petal dust and blue edible glitter to decorate it. The wizard is hand sculpted with homemade modeling chocolate and a little bit of fondant (hands, beard and the staff).
