3D Cookie Monster cake, Chocolate mudcakes covered in white chocolate ganache and fondant with fondant cookies. Cookie monster was shaped by hand from rice bubbles and marshmallows, then iced with a shaggy fur tip for his fur.
Each of these Penguins stood over 30cm high and were made from alternating layers of both white and chocolate mud cakes with white chocolate ganache.

This was my first cake I did. I used a tin which I rented from a store it was really easy. Was for my Boyfriends 21st BBQ. I also made a pokemon cake for his actual birthday party which I much prefer. Any Questions just let me no :).
