THis cake was based on the new babys nursery, customer didnt want alot of fondant or gumpaste, so I used sugar cookies for most of the decorations. The baby is gumpaste.

Italian Cream Cake

This was my first attempt at a buttercream transfer, it didnt work out so well, lol, but i did try to do a braided look in buttercream on top and I liked the way that turned out. The cake was wonderful, I used the Italian Cream cake recipe from here on Cake Central, It was a huge hit!!

Dinosaur Island

Cake Volcano made of WASC with Buttercream covered in Fondant. Dry ice set into a votive in the top to make the volcano "smoke". Dinosaur, caveman, nest and most rocks made of fondant and gumpaste.
