This is my first cake with marshmallow fondant. This is an 18th birthday cake for my sister ^_^ It is covered with icing (here in Italy is called panna montata) and mmf, and was stuffed with coffe cream, gianduia cream and trifle cream. Decorations made with sugar paste and gumpaste.
