A wedding cake I made for my cousin. I painted the green vines on the cake and then added gumpaste flowers. The middle tier was my atempt at brush embroidery. It did not turn out like I wanted, but the couple loved it. Thanks for looking.
I made the leaves using a mixture of gumpaste and fondant. Then painted leaves using powder colors.
Black and white piped scrolling in royal icing. Purple gumpaste orchids. The fondant is all MMF. However, next time I need to cover a tier in black I think I will just buy it premade. TFL!
A fall themed wedding cake for a friend of mine in which I was also a bridemaid in the wedding. The bottom 2 tiers are fake, while the top is chocolate with vanilla buttercream. The leaves are fondant and handpainted with powder colour. It was the first time I made leaves like these and they took forever. But I was happy with how they turned out.
This is 3 tier WASC. I made the snowflakes out of royal icing.
I made this for my daughter's 2nd birthday.
