I made this cake cake for 4yr old little boy who's favourite super hero is spiderman. The cake is a vanilla sponge with a strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream, covered with blue fondant with a royal icing web and fondant spiderman.

Princess Castle

This is a rich chocolate cake that i made for my daughters 10th birthday. It was a 8" square base, 6" round, with swiss rolls that i made for the towers and waffle cones for tops filled with marshmallow. All covered in fondant with fpndant and royal icing accents.

Lego Ninja

This cake was fab to make, as well as being a bit of a challenge! It's a triple choc fudge cake thatn I've carved in to different body parts, then coverved with fondant in seprerate pieces to resemble lego figures, with fondant accents. I think it turned out quite well :D
