This was a last minute cake for my girlfriends 50th. Chocolate with Blackberry /Champagne/whipped cream/BC icing filling. Fondant and ribbon . ( No time for fancy Fondant bow to set! )

Superbowl Xlv Cake

I did this for a friend who's birthday is the same day as Superbowl. Dark Chocolate pound cake with Dark Chocolate BC.

Cinderella's Coach

This is for my 22 yr old daughters b-day. Chocolate pound cake with BC icing. The roses are Royal Icing. The cake part was super easy. The Spiraly thingys and the top kept breaking. I ended up ditching the topper and sticking the feathers in it. ( Spray the feathers with hairspray first so they do not moult)
