Marble cake, custard and fresh strawberry filling. Vanilla BC icing. Fondant baby and blanket. I don't use fondant for anything other than decoration, I prefer the great taste of BC. The Mom's colors for the baby's room were brown and blue, so I went with that.

My daughter's 40th BD. Spice cake with maple creamcheese icing. Bows and flowers are fondant (the only thing I'll use fondant for-accents) not to eat.

My forst New Years cake made for my daughters house party. It would have been nicer if it was B/C, but she wanted cream cheese icing. Spice cake/orange cream cheese icing. Dots, letters, stars and confetti are fondant. Choc. clock cake with fudge icing (for the kids). TFL
