I made this cake for my Mom's b-day. It was my first time doing a giant cupcake. Bottom tier is butter pecan cake and top tier is carrot. Both cakes iced in buttercream with MMF accents. It must have been pretty humid out because I was having hard time with the buttercream standing up and not drooping.
This is the very first cake I've ever made that was frosted outside of the pan - so first time making a tiered cake and using MMF. I watched lots of you-tube videos and read some great tips on here to help me tackle this cake. I had a blast!!! It was a lot of work, but quite addicting. Thanks for looking
