Made this for my sister's wedding. Dragon flies were gelatin winged and fondant, leaves were all fondant dusted with colored dust, & acorns were all hand made. Made the monogram branches too.
Grand daughter had the coolest party. Photos of her and her friends like they were models, and then cake and punch. The girls and even a few boys had fun.
Made at grandson's request.
My 11 year old grandson requested this cake, he thought it would be cool.
Since I and my 3 sisters birthdays are close, we celebrate together. I made these for last years big celebration. I made the bodice's ahead and the coat hangers and pearls. The bases are flat glass candle holders attached to glass candle sticks with shelf wax.
I made this for my grand daughter Lilly's shower!
This "Keyboard Cake" was paired with with an actual monitor with a slide show of bride and groom through the years. I found a company that made me a hard plastic mold of the groom's keyboard, saved a lot of time.
This was a special request to have the bride and groom favorite candy (Snocaps) included in the cake. The bride was very helpful in designing the cake.
Kailey had insisted that she be holding her new baby cousin. First attempt at "painting" flowers with frosting.
More of Lilly's 2nd BD cakes.
He got a go kart for his birthday so I made this cake for him.
