Wwe Ring
This is the first time I have been asked to make the WWE ring. I had my thoughts about how easy it would be, but that wasn't the case. The ropes are Twizzlers tied onto the chocolate dipped pretzel sticks. Yes, tied on with fishing line. I could NOT make them stay on any other way. The WWE logo was printed on rice paper and was edible. The little boy loved it and that's all that mattered!

Gingerbread Christmas
This is the Christmas cake I made for my husband's boss as a "Thank You for your business" cake. It is going to be given to a doctor's office. I made this with two tiers of yellow cake covered in chocolate fondant. The gingerbread girl and boy were made with the chocolate fondant and gumpaste. I am quite pleased with this one.

"weiner Dog" Birthday Cake For A Child
This was my first attempt at a "weiner dog." I didn't have much to go by. I was told a weiner dog on a path. I tried to embellish it, but didn't know what else the little girl wanted. I am happy with it, but wished I could have gotten more suggestions as to what else to put on the top. I made the bushes out of cupcakes and the lady bugs out of fondant.

Baby Shower For Boy And Girl On The Way
This was done for a friend of mine. She had two neices expecting a month apart. One was having a girl, the other a boy. I made this with chocolate cake on the bottom and yellow cake on the top. I also made this with my FIRST EVER mm fondant. I colored them during the melting stage. This is easier on the hands, but harder to judge the amount of color you are using. But, this one tasted better than any other store bought fondant thus far.

Princess Cake
This was my very FIRST attempt at a fondant covered cake. I gave it all kind of royal icing dots because I didn't want to ruin it and I didn't have a lot of experience in cake decorating. This is one of my faves though! I bought the tiara at Walmart and she wore it after she blew the candles out.

"logging" Cake
This was my nephew's cake. He is only 6 and loves the show "Ax Men." I was told to make him a logging cake. I had no idea where to go for this one. I think it is a little plain, but I haven't gotten a lot of fondant practice under my belt and this was what I was able to do. I made the little "resting" guy on the top. He is the first person I have tried to make. I used ice cream cones with royal icing as the trees. I had didn't have my leaf tip so I improvised and it turned out okay. Again, chocolate cake on bottom and yellow on top. Let me know what you think.

Safari Cake
This is a cake I made for my niece's 3rd birthday. I have only done one fondant covered cake before this. This was the first time I tried to make the animals. I was told to try to make it realistic. That was fine with the elephants, but the rest was just easier to do more cartoonish. The cake is chocolate on the bottom and yellow on the top. I used buttercream and fondant for the cake.
