I made this cake for a weekend that I spend with my husband's family. I didn't know I was going to almost miss the boat, and had to run with the cake in my hands for 10 minutes! And to make it worse.... it was raining, as it always is in Holland! When I arrived, everybody was laughing and having fun about my cake, and still, it was delicious! (a simple chocolate cake with chocolate chips and a filling of strawberries and mascarpone)
