This is a carrot cake decorated with cream cheese icing that I did for my family's Christmas party. The tree is the top of an ice cream cone decorated with the leaf tip. I made the penguins using cream cheese icing (the black is from the ready to use tubes). The pond and sides are colored with the Wilton Color Mist. The icicles are done using tip 12 and I made it shimmery with the Wilton edible glitter.
This is a cake I did for my husband's 5th grade class for their good behavior. It is a 12x19 sheet cake.
