I used Wiltons sugar sheets for the first time with this cake. It seemed ok but after alittle while I notice the stripes were cracking at the bend. Not cool. But I wetted them alittle and it wasn't as noticable. Lemon cake with vanilla icing.
WASC, Vanilla buttercream with fondant details and my version of a Lotus. First time doing Sharon Zambito's buttercream technique. My first time doing swags too. The petal cake was a bit of a pain to ice but it came out ok. I need more practice with those.
