This was my first attempt at the viva method. I obviously need more practice. It's not NEARLY as smooth as I would like for it to be, but I'm happy with it as a first try!
This was made for a co-worker. White cake with chocolate bc filling. Covered in bc with mmf stripes. This was a little harder than it looked, but I enjoyed it! :)
This is my son's birthday cake. It's my first "big" cake! He picked this cake out of a book at a local bakery & I made it for him. It was exciting for both of us!! :)
This is only my third cake. I know I still need practice, but I'm posting hoping for some constructive criticism! :) The top layer is white cake, bottom layer chocolate. Decorated with buttercream and chocolate buttercream.
