Frangipani flowers are gumpaste, pearls are sugar. An example of how Cream Cheese Buttercream lends itself to a more "rustic" look ;-) TYFL!
Orange and Champagne Beach Wedding. 12", 9", 6", 4" wedding cake - serves approximately 105. Bottom tier is White Velvet, 9" tier is Chocolate, and top two tiers are a mixture of White Velvet and Chocolate. Frosted in White Chocolate Buttercream. Seashells are hand-molded gumpaste. "Sand" is sugar.
Groom's Cake - Body is chocolate cake with peanut butter buttercream; head is chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream; legs and neck are rice krispy treats. Entire cake is covered and decorated with homemade marshmallow fondant. 'Snow' is sugar.
