Wall-E
I made this Wall-E cake for my 5 year old son. It was very challenging, but I refused to give up. Body of cake is red velvet with buttercream filling (4 layers). The head, arms and track are rice krispie treats. Everything is covered in fondant. For the dirt I used some old dark brown sugar I had... worked well because it was hard and made great 'pebbles' when I crumbled it. Thanks for looking!

Sushi Birthday Cake
This is my 6th fondant cake and I made it for my sister's 30th birthday. The sushi is 'cake pop' with MM fondant wrapped around to look like Nori and coconut for the rice. The dish and fortune cookie are made out of white modeling chocolate. The bamboo is also MM fondant painted with food coloring.

Personal Size Cake For Ocean-Side Wedding
This was my 4th cake. I was asked to make something very small - just enough for the bride & groom to cut. Gluten free, chocolate with buttercream. Homemade MM Fondant. Seashells are white chocolate candy melts, painted with food coloring and luster dust, Pearls are balls of MM fondant with luster and 'Sand' is brown sugar. Coral was made by piping melted chocolate onto parchment paper. The bride (my sister) and groom LOVED their cake!

T-Rex Birthday Cake
My son asked for a dinosaur cake for his 6th birthday. After seeing a cake on another site he insisted I try to make it. It came out okay, considering it was only my 3rd fondant cake. The T-Rex was made from homemade modeling chocolate. The 'Blue Line" subway cars are made out of rice crispie treats, covered in homemade MM fondant and the cake is also covered in MM fondant.

Transformer Cake
This is my 2nd time working with marshmallow fondant. This is the cake I made for my son's 3rd birthday. He's obsessed with Transformers. The Allspark is made from rice crispie treats and covered in fondant. The cake itself is covered in fondant and Optimus Prime and Bumblebee are also fondant.
