This is a choc. 1/4 sheet with BC icing and the Land Rover Logo was cut from MMF.
Bottom tier is choc. with turtle mousse filling, middle tier is yellow with banana cream mousse filling, top tier is spice with cream cheese filling. All covered in MMF and airbrushed. All characters were MMF and hand painted.

This was a 3 tier yellow cake covered in BC with MMF tractors and roses. Just what the bride ordered. I have mixed emotions about the cake, but I guess it turned out ok being my first ever wedding cake. TFL

This cake was made for my parents to take to a honey bee meeting that they attend each month. The cake was WASC with BC and covered in MMF. The bees were made with MMF and the wings were made of gelatin. The flowers and clover were piped with BC. I really enjoyed making this cake and was very pleased with the way it turned out.
