High Heeled shoe and shoe box with ribbon roses. Shoe is made with gumpaste. This was made for a friend at her husbands request (hence the cherries) The Ribbon roses come from a tutorial from a lady called Mayen from Way Beyond Cakes on Facebook.. The cake is 8" by 10" with vanilla and stawberry layered sponge and vanilla buttercream and layers of fresh strawberries.
This cake was inspired by a cake by Lindy Smith. It is a 4 teir maderia cake with vanilla butter cream and strawberry jam filling. I would never have been able to stack this cake without the help of my husband but I am very please with the overall result.
