I made this cake for my Mother-in-Law for her birthday. She loves chocolate so I made a chocolate cake with a light chocolate mousse filling and used it also to cover the cake. I used Dove Silk and shaved some chocolate pieces on the top of the cake. She also loves sugar cookies so I cut three out in the shape of MOM and places them on the cake. I put multicolor sprinkles at the heart in the middle and ended by adding her favorite Hershey kisses to the surrounding of the cake with chocolate covered mini marshmellows and Dove silk chocolates.
I made this UFC cake for my friend Erik. They were going to be watching one of the fights and wanted me to make him a cake. The cake is red velvet with a delicious cream cheese filling. The cake is covered in the cream cheese icing and than covered with fondant. I used decoraters icing for the outside in red black and white. I made the fences out of fondant as well as the letters in the middle.

I made this cake for my brother-in-law Mikey! He loves to play pool so I figured why not! The is a Funfetti double layer cake with chocolate fudge filling with peanut butter buttercream icing. Pool balls are Reese peanut butter cups covered with vanilla candy melt. Pool stick is a bread stick dipped in chocolate with some icing as a tip! I used decorator gel for the message and the numbers on the balls.
I made this Elvis Cake for my father. He has the same birthday as Elvis and his a huge fan of his. This was my first time using fondant and I also used rice krispies to form the face. I forgot to tint the fondant on the face before I put it on but with using a little water it worked. It was a lot of fun and my family absolutely loved it, especially my dad.
