Chai cake with espresso cream cheese frosting. I made the logo from a rolled piece of fondant cut with a cookie cutter and etched the mermaid into it with a toothpick to follow, then I piped the black icing on using a #2 tip. I painted the green on using a small paint brush and piped on the lettering with the same #2 tip.
