Moist Yellow cake with chocolate frosting . All the flowers are made from marshmellow fondant.
The design of the cake was a baby block with a small patch ball on the top. Also , on top are some of her favorite things : her dr. brown bottle , "good puppy" book , a rubber ducky ( just my addition! ) and a bib that says " Anna ( Older brother ) loves me" !!!...which is your favorite one? I think it's the baby bottle for me..! All the baby items were made from sugarpaste. It was a 5 layer cake with chocolate at the center with adjacent layers of yellow cake and alternate layers of strawberry cake. The filling was Strawberry mousse and Italian meringue buttercreme... all topped with orange marshmellow fondant. More pictures http://creativecakez.blogspot.com/
