This is a birthday cake I created for my nephew (Wilton inspired)....I am very much a beginner to the world of cake, and was proud of how this turned out! The bottom tier is Chocolate Cake with a delicious Chocolate Ganache and covered in Chocolate MMF. The top tier is Banana Chocolate Cake, again with Chocolate Ganache and covered in Chocolate MMF.
