Sweet 16
I made this for my niece's sweet 16 party. The only direction I was given was the theme of the party was like a rave and they were going to have glow sticks all over the place so green, orange, and black would be good colors to use. I love how this turned out, it was the first time I have ever done a 3 tiered cake.

Just For Fun
This is the first time I ever used an airbrush. It was also the first time I used my brick and cobblestone patterns for fondant. It was a lot of fun to use the airbrush and it was all fairly easy. I went a bit overboard on all the colors in the cobblestone and it turned out looking like a brain but you get the idea.

My Niece's Birthday Cake
This was for my niece's 20th birthday. I just tried to do something simple with basic cut out shapes. It was a bit hard to get the cake looking round after the fondant went on because at the time I was using an aluminum pan with pedaled edges. It's so much easier with an actual round pan. Haha! Overall, I was happy with it.

Reading With Coffee
I made this cake for my sister who loves to read. I tried to make it look like a really old book. I think it would have been much easier with an airbrush but with my limited supplies it didn't turn out so bad. I molded the coffee cup out of rice crispy treats and covered it with fondant. Not bad for my second outing but there are still miles to go.
